Our Commitment

At PinkDrive, safety is more than a feature—it is the foundation of everything we do.

PinkDrive was created to provide a trusted technology platform that connects female passengers with verified independent female drivers, helping women travel safely, respectfully and with confidence.

Every member of our community plays an important role in maintaining that trust.

These Community Standards apply to all users of the PinkDrive platform, including passengers, drivers and anyone interacting with our services.

Failure to comply with these standards may result in warnings, temporary suspension or permanent removal from the platform.

Our Values

Everything we do is guided by five core principles:

Safety

The safety of every passenger and independent driver is our highest priority.

Respect

Everyone deserves to be treated with dignity, courtesy and kindness.

Integrity

Honesty and transparency build trust within our community.

Professionalism

Independent drivers and passengers are expected to behave responsibly, professionally and courteously at all times.

Accountability

We investigate reports fairly and take appropriate action when standards are not met.

Women-Only Community

PinkDrive has been specifically designed as a technology platform that connects female passengers with verified independent female drivers.

PinkDrive is a technology platform only. Drivers using the PinkDrive platform are independent service providers and are not employees, agents or representatives of PinkDrive. Each driver is solely responsible for complying with all applicable licensing, insurance and legal requirements in the jurisdictions in which they operate.

Passenger accounts are intended for female passengers.

Driver accounts are intended for approved female drivers who have successfully completed PinkDrive’s verification process.

To protect the integrity of the platform, PinkDrive may request identity verification where reasonably necessary.

Accounts created using false or misleading information may be suspended or permanently removed.

Passenger Standards

Passengers are expected to:

  • Treat drivers with courtesy and respect.
  • Be ready at the agreed pickup location.
  • Wear seatbelts where required by law.
  • Follow all applicable laws.
  • Respect the driver’s vehicle.
  • Keep conversations polite and appropriate.
  • Report genuine concerns honestly.

Passengers must never:

  • Threaten or intimidate drivers.
  • Use abusive, offensive or discriminatory language.
  • Damage vehicles.
  • Smoke or vape inside the vehicle without permission.
  • Consume illegal drugs.
  • Carry illegal weapons or dangerous items.
  • Attempt to avoid payment.
  • Make false complaints.

Driver Standards

Independent drivers using the PinkDrive platform are expected to uphold the standards of professionalism, safety and respect that help maintain trust within the PinkDrive community.

Drivers are expected to:

  • Drive safely at all times.
  • Maintain clean and roadworthy vehicles.
  • Be punctual and professional.
  • Respect passenger privacy.
  • Follow navigation safely.
  • Comply with all traffic laws.
  • Keep required licences and insurance current.

Drivers must never:

  • Drive while impaired.
  • Use illegal substances.
  • Discriminate against passengers.
  • Demand additional payment outside the platform.
  • Harass passengers.
  • Drive recklessly.
  • Share passenger information.

Respectful Behaviour

PinkDrive has zero tolerance for:

  • Violence
  • Threats
  • Bullying
  • Harassment
  • Sexual harassment
  • Discrimination
  • Hate speech
  • Intimidation
  • Stalking
  • Retaliation

Everyone deserves to feel safe while using PinkDrive.

Identity & Account Integrity

To protect our community:

  • Every account must belong to the registered user.
  • Accounts may not be shared.
  • False identities are prohibited.
  • Fraudulent documents are prohibited.
  • Identity verification may be requested at any time.

Attempts to bypass verification may result in permanent account closure.

Vehicle Standards

Vehicles used by independent drivers through the PinkDrive platform should be:

  • Clean
  • Safe
  • Properly maintained
  • Legally registered
  • Properly insured
  • Comfortable for passengers

Drivers are responsible for maintaining their vehicles in accordance with PinkDrive standards and applicable law.

Privacy & Confidentiality

Passengers and drivers must respect each other’s privacy.

Users must not:

  • Share another person’s personal information.
  • Publish photographs or videos without consent.
  • Record conversations unlawfully.
  • Misuse contact information obtained through PinkDrive.

PinkDrive will only use personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

Alcohol, Drugs & Impairment

Drivers must never operate a vehicle while impaired by:

  • Alcohol
  • Illegal drugs
  • Misused prescription medication
  • Any substance affecting safe driving

Passengers must not engage in illegal drug use during journeys.

PinkDrive reserves the right to remove any user whose behaviour presents a safety risk.

Reporting Concerns

If something doesn’t seem right, we encourage users to report it.

Reports may include:

  • Unsafe driving
  • Harassment
  • Lost property
  • Fraud
  • Vehicle concerns
  • Identity concerns
  • Technical issues

Every report is reviewed fairly and confidentially.

Investigations

PinkDrive investigates reports objectively and fairly.

Depending on the circumstances, PinkDrive may:

  • Request additional information.
  • Temporarily suspend an account.
  • Contact witnesses.
  • Review information associated with trips conducted through the PinkDrive platform.
  • Cooperate with law enforcement where legally required.

Investigations are conducted with respect for the rights and privacy of all parties involved.

Emergency Situations

If there is an immediate threat to safety, users should contact local emergency services without delay.

Where appropriate, users should also notify PinkDrive as soon as it is safe to do so.

Enforcement

Failure to comply with these Community Standards may result in:

  • Educational guidance.
  • Written warnings.
  • Temporary suspension.
  • Permanent account removal.
  • Reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.

PinkDrive reserves the right to take any action reasonably necessary to protect the safety of its community.
