Yes. Every PinkDrive driver completes our verification process before joining the platform. This includes identity verification, driver's licence validation and vehicle documentation to help ensure every journey is with a trusted member of the PinkDrive community.

How do I book a ride? +

Booking a ride is quick and simple. Open the PinkDrive app, enter your pickup location and destination, choose your preferred ride and confirm your booking. You'll receive your driver's details and live journey updates instantly.

Can I share my journey? +

Yes. Every journey includes live ride tracking, allowing you to securely share your trip with trusted family members or friends so they can follow your progress until you arrive safely.

How do payments work? +

Payment is made directly to the driver at the end of the journey. PinkDrive currently operates on a cash payment basis, providing a simple, convenient experience for both passengers and drivers.

How can I become a PinkDrive driver? +

Women who meet our driver requirements are welcome to apply through the PinkDrive app. Drivers who complete registration and submit the required documents are approved automatically and can begin accepting ride requests straight away. To help keep the platform safe, PinkDrive carries out ongoing document verification. Drivers may be asked to provide updated documentation, and accounts with invalid or expired documents may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.
