Request deletion of your PinkDrive account and associated data.

PinkDrive users can request deletion of their account and associated personal data at any time.

Complete the form below to request deletion of your PinkDrive account.

Enter the phone number or email associated with your PinkDrive account. Phone numbers must include the country code, for example +212612345678.

What happens after you submit your request?

PinkDrive will verify that you are the account holder before processing the deletion request.

After we verify your request, your PinkDrive account will be deleted within 30 days. In many cases, deletion may be completed sooner.

What will be deleted

Once your request has been verified and processed, PinkDrive will delete or anonymize personal data associated with your account where applicable, including:

  • Your PinkDrive account/profile information
  • Name, email address and phone number
  • Profile or verification photo held by PinkDrive
  • Saved emergency-contact information, if applicable
  • Ride and booking information that is not required to be retained
  • Other personal information associated with your PinkDrive account

Identity verification data

PinkDrive uses third-party identity-verification services where identity verification is required. Identity-document images and related verification information handled by those providers are subject to their applicable retention and deletion processes.

Information that may be retained

Your PinkDrive account will be deleted within 30 days of verification of your request. Certain records may be retained for a longer period where required for legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, security or dispute-resolution purposes.

Any information that must be retained will be kept only for the applicable legal or regulatory retention period and will no longer be available as part of an active PinkDrive account.
